Frequently Asked Questions

Paint-less Dent Repair Basics

Q: What is paint-less dent repair (PDR)?

A: Paint-less dent repair (PDR) is a method of removing dents without affecting your vehicles paint. We use special tools to precisely and gently massage the dent back into place, restoring the panel back to its original shape, like it never happened at all!

Q: What types of dents can be fixed with PDR?

A: Most small to medium dents caused by hail, door dings, or minor impacts can be repaired using PDR. The key is that the metal is not too stretched and the paint is intact.

Q: How long does a typical PDR job take?

A: Smaller dents typically take under an hour, with the larger and more extensive damage taking anywhere from a day to a week to completely repair to our grade A+ quality. We will let you know an estimated repair time when we inspect the damage.
